Glen Richardson

Glenn Richardson, a fitness fanatic in his 50s, met his fate on the 8th of June

2023. After finishing work, he decided to go and do his gym session and unfortunately met his fate.

After he finished his training session, he face planted forwards into the equipment. Glenn had actually

suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. If it hadn't been for the staff acting fast in super quick time and if they hadn't performed CPR and used the defibrillator, they

had at the gym, then Glenn wouldn't be here today. Midland Air Ambulance services critical care paramedic, escorted Glenn to hospital in the land ambulance, where he was then fitted

with an ICD device, and he spent 8 days recovering before he was alloved home where he could adjust and be with his loving partner and family
