Elaine Harris

In 2014, Elaine suffered a huge heart attack. She was at work at the time and was rushed to hospital, where they fitted her immediately with a

stent to open up the artery. They informed Elaine that she had heart failure. Having heart failure impacts Elaine's life daily, making

most activittes tiring and worrying. She has since been fitted with an ICD, which gives her

confidence, knowing it could save her life. Elaine is now

retired. and she kindly spends her time fundraising for the BHF

and she runs a fabulous group on Facebook, which is heart related, called

Belles Hearties
